Our transport team offers a specialized Children’s Transport team comprised of a pediatric/neonatal RN and Respiratory Therapist and specially trained EMT. Our Adult teams are comprised of Critical Care RNs, Critical Care Paramedics, ALS Paramedics and EMTs.

WakeMed Mobile Critical Care utilizes communication specialists that are part of the WakeMed Emergency Communication Center to arrange patient transport by ground or air and coordinates these transports with surrounding health care systems.
